Winter is a chance to showcase your efficient furnace and insulation quality in your home. Drafts by windows and entry doors can be fixed. Do you have triple paned windows? How efficient is your fireplace functioning? A great way to showcase your home in the winter months is by installing bright and efficient lighting. Do the entry door latches and locks work well? Do you have a heated garage or sub floor heating in the basement and bathrooms? Is the HVAC in good order? Is your gas and water shut off valves clearly labelled?
Presenting your property as weather proof and comfortable in the colder months will encourage buyers.
